1. What is the duration of the course?
   
   Three months. You have to complete the course within 3 months, or else your user id will expire and your registration will be lapsed. You have to re-register again.
   
   
2. Do I have to come to Kolkata for any test to complete the certification?
   
   No, there will be online self evaluation excercises.
   
   
3. Can I pursue the complete certification through distance learning?
   
   Yes, you can but in the certificate it will be written - Methodology: Online / Distance.
   
   
4. What is the fee for distance learning? and how should i pay it?
   
   Rs. 5000. Payment can be made through a demand draft in the name of "Institute of International Trade" payable at Kolkata. However, online payment gateway is under construction and will be available soon.
   
   
5. Will you send some course material to study for distance learning candidates?
   
   No, all study material will be provided in a soft copy format, which can be downloaded once you have the logged in with your user id and password. Further, there will be links to various articles, research papers, etc for further reading and reference.
   
   
   
6. When are you starting with your next distance learning batch?
   
   Since, this is an online course, you can start whenever you want. Once the registration is complete, we provide you with an user id and password to begin the course. Generally it takes 10-15 days of time to start the course after receiving the registration details. Tentatively, the course will start from 16th February 2010 and will end on 15th May 2010.
   
   
7. Who provides the certification - West Bengal University of technology or Institute of International trade?
   
   The Institute provides the certification and not the university.
   
   
8. If distance learning candidate has some questions and queries related to the course or want to get interactive with the faculty how can i do it?
   
   Our faculty will be online during some time of the day, you can interact with him online. You can also mail your queries or call us for any assistance. We will resolve your query within 24 hours (maximum 72 hours).
   

Online courses are offered on a single user basis. After registration, you shall not share the user id and password with anybody else. Your registration shall be cancelled, if it is found that you are sharing the user id and password with anybody.
 
The Institute of International Trade will be the copyright owner of all the study materials of the course. Using them without the consent of the Institute is prohibited by law.
